Combining yoga and white water rafting, this trip is an adventure! Joining with White Water Adventurers of Ohiopyle. Our day will start with a small hike to our first yoga location where we warm up and connect with our breath. Our guides then meet us and go over rafting and safety for the day. We paddle a section of the river before stopping again for a yoga session and then lunch. We then finish the river and end the day with a cool down yoga session.
